Shipping

We offer free UK shipping.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at yiyangworks@gmail.com and we will do our best to arrange an alternative shipping option. Additional shipping rates may apply.

Processing Time

As many LEVIVANT pieces are produced, finished, or prepared by hand, please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

During busy periods, launches, or made-to-order releases, processing times may be longer. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 2–5 working days
  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays, local holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us at contact yiyangworks@gmail.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges


If you would like to exchange an item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on stock availability.

Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs apply.

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings or customized/personalised items.

Please Note

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
Returns must include all original tags and packaging.
Items must be shipped back in the original box or an equally secure outer packaging to ensure safe return.
